Security Estimator

• 3+ years' experience in estimating of the below systems in new construction
  • Access Control
  • Intrusion Systems
  • Video Surveillance
• 3+ years' experience in estimating of the below systems in existing infrastructure installs (retrofit)
  • Access Control
  • Intrusion Systems
  • Video Surveillance
• An understanding of specifications as it relates to new construction, primarily DIV 28.
• An ability to effectively read construction drawings and schematics.
• An above average understanding of Microsoft Office suite of applications, primarily Excel.
• An average to above average understanding of BlueBeam.
• Basic to Advanced understanding of job costing, including but not limited to Gross Profit, Net Profit, Overhead costs, Direct Labor Costs, etc.
• Understanding of the distribution methods within the region for material quotes
