Rogue Valley Manor, Medford’s premier retirement community is seeking an individual for a Security position. At the Rogue Valley Manor, you will be part of a dynamic and talented team dedicated to the highest standards of integrity and service.

Work Schedule: On-Call; flexibilty needed to cover days and nights

What you'll be doing:

The Security position is responsible for providing safety and security for all of the Manor properties. We are seeking a professional that operates with composure, and recognizes the importance of customer focus and the ability to instill trust in a security position. Our Security position uses effective communication and technology (communication, monitoring, and alarm systems) to ensure the safety of our residents and employees. The preferred candidate is confident, situationally adaptable, customer focused, schedule oriented, and has strong decision quality.

About you:

• Oregon DPPST (Department of Public Safety, Standards & Training) Certification is preferred but we are willing to t rain the right person!
• Previous experience is preferred but not required
