Responsibilities

The Security, Risk and Compliance Analyst-Intermediate troubleshoots and works on incoming incident and work order tickets escalated from first and second level help desk support to completion. This position should be comfortable working with internal (and occasionally external) customers on security incidents, working within an Incident Response Team to contain cyber incidents, and assisting coworkers on short-term and long-term security projects. He/she works with internal customers to help provide security solutions and must have a good knowledge of security domains. Must have knowledge of access controls, network security, and security operations. The position performs facility audits to ensure most current software and hardware compliance. The position develops documentation and diagrams for security-related policies, processes, and guidelines, possessing some knowledge in crypto and security architecture and design. Must have the ability to work in a team environment with analysts, management, vendors and customers. Requires the ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written, the ability to work operational service requests from the service desk ticket system (SDE)and the ability to work with security teams on incident response.

**This position has the opportunity to work from home. You may be asked to complete training at a Norton Healthcare facility or be able to come to a Norton Healthcare facility for business purposes. Employees in this role must reside in Kentucky or Indiana**

Qualifications

Required:
  • With Required Degree: One year in systems security technology (such as network security, server security, or desktop/laptop security)
  • Without Required Degree: Three years in systems security technology (such as network security, server security, or desktop/laptop security)
  • Associate Degree See Experience

Desired:
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate
  • Security+ (IT Certification)
