Insight Global is seeking an Electronic Security Technician/Project Specialist for one of our large Security Integrator clients in the Raleigh area. This resource will be responsible for traveling to client sites to service security systems in commercial, pharmaceutical, government, data centers and similar sites. This resource is the key point of contact for technical support and is accountable for maximizing customer satisfaction. This individual will be required to travel across the Raleigh area to service tickets. This requires independence and expertise to complete these tasks alone.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years in a technical role within the commercial electronic security industry
Solid technical and mechanical skills related to commercial electronic security systems
Experience with access control, video surveillance, intrusion, CCTV, fire alarms, intercom systems, etc.
Programming skills with one of the following access controls: Lenel, S2, Genetec, Avigilon, Bosch, Software House, etc.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work alone
Valid drivers license and ability to pass a background/drug test

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Any type of Electronic Security/Access Control certifications
OSHA certification
Edwards EST certification
