Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting Job Duties:

• Prepare and review financial statements, footnotes, and supporting schedules in accordance with established timelines
• Generate monthly BOD reports promptly
• Analyze financial statements and supporting schedules to identify business trends and ensure reporting accuracy
• Conduct financial analysis on both consolidated and business unit results
• Collaborate with external auditors
• Engage in process enhancements, such as system implementations and procedural changes, to improve efficiency
• Support special projects
• Offer accounting and reporting support to colleagues throughout the organization

Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA certification is a plus
• CPA and public accounting track a plus, but not required
• Self-motivated and independent worker with excellent knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting fundamentals
• Advanced MS Office Suite including Excel (pivots/lookups at a minimum)
• Solid critical thinking and attention to detail
• Strong planning and organization skills and understanding of the importance of deadlines
• Ability to flourish in a high-growth, dynamic environment with changing priorities
• Superb communication skills required
