Senior Accounting Analyst, Aviation

This role is based in Plantation FL. Candidates should have valid US work authorization.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare of monthly accruals and entries journals that include complex transactions in compliance with IFRS guidelines and DPDHL policy.
• Perform monthly analysis and reconciliation of bank accounts and other Balance Sheet accounts
• Support Global Aviation Maintenance programs analysis
• Support invoice processing and obtain proper financial information and requests for payment approval from budget holder
• Provide information and documentation required by Business Partners and Senior Management team for analysis purpose
• Conduct, review and coordinate Risk Assessment on PTP and Intercompany procedures in compliance with DPDHL internal control framework.
• Support the employee Concur expense system and handle employee inquiry
• Prepare tax and government statistical reports
• Support external audit and Tax requests

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experienced professional contributor with responsibility for an advanced area of work in the professional field.
• Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline and 5-8 years of experience in related field OR MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in related field.
• Professional certification required in some areas.
