General Description / Primary Purpose	This is work performing specialized fiscal accounts payable and receivable duties, including invoice approval and interdepartmental recharge tasks.

Standing Order and Purchase Order Maintenance (40%) P-card Procedures (25%) Recharges (Internal Invoicing) (10%) Data Entry and Information calls (10%)5Gasoline Invoicing, System Management, and Key Inventory (7%) External Invoicing (5%) Other Duties as Assigned (3%) During declared campus emergencies, this position may be required to perform specific job related duties at a designated off campus location or place of residence.

Required Qualifications	High school diploma and four years of experience directly related to the job functions. Directly related college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
