Job summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Solutions Engineer with proven experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in OpenAI GPT3.5 & 4, GitHub Copilot, GCP Gen AI code-bison, LLAMA 2, and Artificial Intelligence. This role involves designing and implementing powerful AI solutions that drive innovation and efficiency within the organization.

Responsibilities :

Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions using OpenAI GPT3.5 & 4 to enhance business processes.

Supervise the integration of GitHub Copilot to streamline code development and improve productivity.

Guide in GCP Gen AI code-bison to develop scalable and efficient AI models.

Use LLAMA 2 to create advanced machine learning algorithms that solve complex problems.

Collaborate with multi-functional teams to see opportunities for AI integration and innovation.

Ensure the robustness and scalability of AI solutions through meticulous testing and validation.

Develop and maintain documentation for AI models and systems to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.

Mentor and guide junior team members in AI technologies and standard processes.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to continuously improve solutions.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code standards.

Work closely with team members to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Drive the adoption of AI technologies across the organization to achieve strategic goals.

Monitor the performance of AI systems and make necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications -

Possess a deep understanding of OpenAI GPT3.5 & 4 and their applications in real-world scenarios.

Demonstrate proficiency in using GitHub Copilot for efficient code development.

Have hands-on experience with GCP Gen AI code-bison for building scalable AI models.

Show expertise in LLAMA 2 for developing advanced machine learning algorithms.

Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multi-functional teams.

Display excellent interpersonal skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Certifications Required : Certified Artificial Intelligence Practitioner (CAIP), Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer
Salary and Other Compensation:

Posting End date 09/15/2024

The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 - $ 150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
