Epsilon C5I, a 100% employee-owned company founded in 1998, is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our team as we advance the State-of-the-Art in artificial intelligence for the intelligence community and autonomy applications. Our products are used to improve our nation's capability by improving decision making that currently relies on extensive human interaction within the US Air Force, Space Force, and Department of Defense.

What You'll Do:

• Design and train neural networks for various applications
• Analyze data, manipulate 1-dimensional, 2-dimensional, and 3-dimensional data
• predict results and compare with trained outcomes
• Conduct post processing and data reduction
• Write analysis reports and develop briefings
• Work independently and in a team environment
• Lead a team of engineers
• Mentor junior engineers

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 10 years of experience with artificial neural network training.
• Modeling and simulation experience.
• Experience programming: MATLAB, python, C++, Go, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Due to the nature of work, U.S. citizenship is required.
