A Fortune 500 company is looking for a Senior Analyst to join their team on a hybrid schedule in Greenwich, CT. As Senior Analyst of Accounting and Financial Reporting, you will oversee all of the company's internal financial reporting and consolidation processes in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), company policies, and procedures. This includes creating summary schedules for intercompany transactions involving the parent company and its subsidiaries, as well as supporting the external financial reporting process, such as Forms 10-K and 10-Q. On a daily basis, you will prepare consolidated monthly and quarterly financial statements, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheet, and cash flow statements. Cash flows can be managed in a variety of ways, including roll forward schedules, consolidated and free cash flow statements. You will also be responsible for metadata management and rule modifications within Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), as well as user testing for proposed system changes. You will collaborate with finance and accounting peers throughout the organization to create a best-in-class financial analytics environment. You will be expected to complete all responsibilities, including elimination entries, on time and with proper documentation in order to report these financial deliverables to internal and external stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years related experience (ex. Audit accountant, auditor)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance/equivalent military experience
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting
- Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience at a Big Four:
Deloitte, Ernst & Young (EY), PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), KPMG
- CPA/Public accounting experience
- Experience with HFM (Hyperion)
- Experience with related systems such as Oracle, Blackline, Coupa and Close Manager
- Experience with lease accounting
