What you'll do:

As a Salesforce Administrator, you'll play a key role on the Sales Operations team for Walmart Marketplace. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and assist in supporting the product road map. Our Salesforce user experience is essential for the success of the business; therefore, the Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction as priority. You will implement scalable best practices, provide expert advice, and support business solutions by building stakeholder relationships and identifying business needs.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to translate technical information into layman's terms, clearly explaining design options and their potential impact.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Dashboard and Report Development (CRM Analytics and Lightening)
  • Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
  • Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed (and guided)
  • Support new user and ongoing user training
  • Technical documentation
  • Supporting multiple projects and supporting various business initiatives


Minimum Qualifications
  • Salesforce product knowledge and at least 2+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree, or professional qualification
  • Experience in the above stated Essential Duties and Responsibilities


You'll sweep us off our feet if you have/are:
  • Additional Salesforce certifications e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder
  • Salesforce CRM Analytics report/dashboard development experience and/or Tableau CRM and Einstein Discovery certification
  • Equip to execute Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports
  • Experience supporting/managing integrated applications and third-party suppliers

San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $78,000.00-$143,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
