Enterprise Comms & MarTech Experiences (ECMX) enables high quality, innovative marketing through marketing campaign consultation & execution; and developing best-in-class products & processes which modernize the end-to-end marketing ecosystem. The Comms Compliance Review (CCR) team within ECMX is responsible for consulting with marketing content creators, helping them develop effective and compliant advertising, and ultimately reviewing and approving marketing creatives to ensure they conform with all applicable regulations, legal requirements, Brand guidelines and internal policies.

How will you make an impact in this role?

Training is an important part of the program to prevent risk by ensuring that new and tenured Reviewers are knowledgeable of all the regulations, legal requirements, policies and internal procedures that apply to US Marketing. CCR is seeking a candidate who will be responsible for the onboarding and training of new Reviewers, as well as continued education of tenured Reviewers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Onboard new hires and set up their permissions and system access
  • Maintain a comprehensive training curriculum, which includes training on US Marketing regulations, systems and tools, and internal processes. Update or create new training modules when processes change. Identify opportunities to enhance the training curriculum.
  • Facilitate end-to-end learning program. Perform calibration exercises to test learners' performance before graduating the training program.
  • Track and report on all training completion and calibration performance
  • Provide ongoing performance coaching to learners during and after training, and provide coaching for improvement when needed
  • Provide status updates to keep leadership informed of training progress, performance, and key insights
  • Ensure training graduates meet minimum quality standards


Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of marketing operations, advertising, quality assurance, legal and/or creative review experience
  • Familiarity with Amex Card and Banking products and services
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to flex facilitation style and methodology based on learner needs
  • Expertise with Webex and Confluence
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with systems and tools used in the Marketing Compliance Review process (ex: meridian, marketing force, Marketing Digital Asset Manager)
  • Experience working with hybrid/virtual teams and leadership
  • Experience in coaching or training. Proficient in the application of performance coaching techniques
  • Strong decision making, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Extreme attention to detail and organization, with the ability to retain and enforce a complex set of advertising compliance requirements
  • Strong leadership skills and strong customer focus with emphasis on consultation and collaboration
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, take on new responsibilities and prioritize work in a dynamic, deadline intensive environment
  • Strong work ethic and personal accountability


Qualifications

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
