Job Description:
Responsible for the administration and development of the required application. This person will provide direction for the user community, coordinate with the application vendor on issues and/or upgrades and guides other application administrators.

Job Responsibilities
• Perform troubleshooting for On-Premise SharePoint 2013.
• Perform routine administration such as setting up new users and permissions for SharePoint
• Assist with SharePoint upgrades and patching.
• Facilitate communication between end users and IT department.
• Develop and maintain application documentation.
• Monitor and coordinate resolution of application service desk tickets.
• Develop and maintain required reporting.
• Learn complex application functions to facilitate issues.
• Python Scripting and PowerBI experience preferred.
• Perform other related assigned duties as necessary to complete the primary job responsibilities as described above.

Required
• Proven Ability to provide written documentation and correspondence on various versions of SharePoint
• Proven Ability to develop and present a plan to other members of the project team.
• Proven Ability to resolve/manage conflict within a team.
• Proven Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting between applications.
• Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Advanced problem-solving skills.
• Aids and guides fellow Application Administrators.
• Understanding of business function(s) as they relate to the application.
• Experience managing application integrations and implementations.
• Advanced understanding of ITIL concepts.
• Proven to be self-motivated and directed, can define team direction.
• Advanced customer service orientation.
• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related degree. A combination of education, experience and training may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
