This employee-oriented, commercial product manufacturer is hiring a full time, permanent Senior AutoCAD Electrical PLC Controls Automation Engineer. The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include the following:
  • Owning and running several automation projects
  • Creating schematics with AutoCAD Electrical
  • Creating Programmable Logic Control (PLC) and Human Machine Interface (HMI) code
  • Delegating and mentoring lower-level technicians
  • Wiring electrical panels
  • Overseeing the installs of machines
  • Troubleshooting machines
  • Commissioning new machines


The background of the successful candidate must include the following to be considered:
  • A degree in Robotic Automation, Electrical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering or related
  • Five plus years of robotic automation exposure
  • Five plus years of motion control programming
  • Five plus years of Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) experience
  • One plus years of creating electrical schematics utilizing AutoCAD
  • Possess a solid work history
  • Being a US citizen or green card holder
  • Having a residence within a 45 minute drive
