Overview:
One of our design and architectural clients is seeking a Senior Architect to support their new division in St. Louis. This company specializes within the design of commercial buildings from hospitals, colleges, and office spaces, with this new location focusing heavily within the designs of healthcare and learning discovery/higher education facilities. This Architect will be working with projects from cradle to grave, supporting all functions from business development to design execution.
Day to Day:
* Weekly meetings with Architectural Lead and Principal Architect, discussing project pipeline and execution timelines
* Meeting with clients on project details and updates
* Managing project budget, construction details, designs, and client satisfaction
* This individual is a true project manage, dividing work amongst internal team of designers, engineers, and architects
* Working with tools such as Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
* Mentoring junior architects

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves:
* 10+ year of professional architectural experience with commercial building designs and project management
* Professional Licensure in Architecture, with an NCARB certificate (if candidate is in the process of obtaining, they will be considered based on experience)
* Experience supporting healthcare, higher education, or multi family building desing projects
* Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
