Title: Senior Business Intelligence Analyst - HR

Duties: The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will focus on building data reports and visualizations as well as data systems and performing statistical analysis to continually improve the quality and efficiency of data. You will provide data analytics services to help the HR team solve business problems, drive value, and gain strategy and insight from information. You will provide research and analysis of new data sources, including identifying data structure and quality issues. You will create views, tables, and queries in the production sandbox environment to support HR business analysis. You will communicate statistical findings into insightful recommendations with intent to present to business leaders at the Director / VP Level. You will routinely provide relevant enhanced insights beyond the basic scope of the requirements.

Requirements: Must have a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, or related and 5 years of analytics experience, including:

• SAS and SQL
• Unix and Linux shell scripting
• Process improvement and automation
• Must also have 2 years of experience with
  • Store and retrieve code using GIT
  • Taleo, Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management, PeopleFluent, Jira, Google Cloud Platform
  • TIBCO WebFOCUS, Looker, and BigQuery
