Position Summary:

Works under the supervision of a Director of Health Information Innovation and projects. This supervision may be through a matrixed or direct reporting structure. This role is responsible for data analytics and additional support of performance measures, ongoing measurement, data collection, reporting, data visualizations and information dissemination. Responsible for structuring the strategic design and maintenance of business intelligence applications. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Ensures that the use of business intelligence applications enhances clinical & business decision making capabilities. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Engages in data exploration exercises with a variety of complex business intelligence tools, requiring knowledge of relational database structures. Collaborates with other analytic teams and central engineering team as directed.

This role requires the ability to oversee both long- and short-term projects, with a specific focus on coding innovation and emerging technologies such as AI. A deep understanding of data analytics and reporting is essential for success in this position. Additionally, this role will manage the procurement, distribution, and inventory of computer laptops.

Education and Work Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• EDW internal certification required within 6 months.
• Requires a minimum 4 - 7 years of related experience in health care, including a minimum of 3 years of data analytic experience
