Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (PowerBI)- REMOTE

-Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business units to define, develop, and refine requirements, use cases and technical domain rules for business intelligence reporting.
- Work across the business units to formulate and develop data driven insights that are both strategic and operational, as well as championing them and driving them into action.
- Act as a liaison between the business and engineering teams to meet the data needs of the business, translating business needs into metrics and dashboards for insights and data visualization.
- Build both internal and client facing business intelligence dashboards, conducting the required QA to ensure data integrity.
- Perform statistical operations on data sets to glean new insights and ideas for further exploration, analysis, and reporting.
- Continuously improve and refine data transformation techniques to enhance data quality.
- Be the subject matter expert for all things data at including dashboards, data integrity, analysis, and key business metrics.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst (Financial Services Industry experience highly preferred)
- Strong experience creating reports and dashboards from scratch
- Strong SQL experience
- Previous experience functioning as a hybrid Business Analyst and BI analyst - communicating directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and also performing the technical work of creating reports and dashboards from scratch (in PowerBI & Tableau)
