Description

SAIC is hiring a Senior Business Process Analyst with an Interim Secret clearance to join the Cloud One Cyber and Service Management Team. The candidate will be part of a team responsible for the project coordination functions of the cyber team as well as integrating with Service Now developers and Service Design aspects of the Service Management Office. Working with matrixed team members, the successful Analyst will support deployment of cyber and Service initiatives in any one of four cloud environments by directing day-to-day activities while managing cost, schedule, and performance in implementing industry leading technologies and products. The selected candidate will be an effective communicator with excellent time management skills to manage multiple product deliveries while providing clear direction across dynamic, integrated product teams and reporting channels.

This position is 100% remote, can be worked from anywhere in the United States, but does involve up to 10% travel.

Daily activities may include:
  • Plan, integrate and monitor projects.
  • Work with program stakeholders to forecast, plan, and coordinate all program level procurements and integrations.
  • Direct day-to-day activities for all project and product related efforts.
  • Develop project proposals by coordinating with contract officer, Cyber Engineers and program stakeholders to determine scope, cost and pricing for RFPs submitted by the government.
  • Take responsibility for project quality management and project risk management, including determining risks, constraints, and mitigations.
  • Plan out communications and document into a communication plan.
  • Develop project budgets for the RFPs and track performance through the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain daily, weekly, monthly reporting metrics for all related project or product milestones.
  • Serve as the conduit between different program teams to identify interdependencies and/or gaps for successful deployments.
  • Communicate all information to program leadership, other program teams and government stakeholders.
  • Directly responsible for reporting all risks and mitigation efforts for all project related activities to government stakeholders and program leadership.
  • Responsible for quality of products and deliverables for each project or product.
Qualifications

Required Clearance:
  • Must be a US Citizen with an active Interim Secret clearance to start
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance required to maintain employment
Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's and 14 years' experience; Master's and 12 years' experience
  • Four (4) additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Required Qualifications:
  • IT Project experience in an enterprise environment
  • Experience with MS-Project
  • Experience proposing, planning and directing multiple technical project
  • Ability to interact with high level customers and collaborate with key stakeholders on the proposed solution for project planning
  • Documented experience with Agile, waterfall and iterative project lifecycles
  • Hands-on experience with project planning to include initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling to closure
  • Documented experience with project scope planning, including setting timelines and designing work breakdown structure
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A Master's degree; preferred degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or other related scientific or technical discipline
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Remedy or related ticketing systems
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe or other modern software development methods/practices.
  • Experience supporting USAF or USA software development projects
  • Experience supporting software migration efforts
Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
