SUMMARY

As a Business Process Analyst within the GTM Operations organization, you will guide our stakeholders through the requirements definition and grooming of critical initiatives throughout our implementation portfolio. Experienced in engaging with cross-functional business stakeholders, you thoroughly understand how to translate business requests into tactical requirements for implementation and identify opportunities for process improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile inconsistency, and break down high-level information into details.
  • Effectively act as the liaison between our business stakeholders and development teams, partner with development team to evaluate click vs. code options, participate in testing and support execution of training materials.
  • Work in an Agile environment, utilizing Epics, Features and User Story method to scope out requirements with the Scrum team.
  • Prepare documentation on expected benefits, use cases, current/proposed process, workflows, data flows, process re-engineering studies, guides and organization structures in moderate to highly complex environments.
  • Document & maintain requirements in Azure DevOps (ADO), modifying User Stories and Tasks.
  • Assist with project management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of Salesforce project experience in one or more of the following clouds: Sales, Revenue, Service, Partner Experience and/or Customer Experience.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail while maintaining a queue of multiple projects. across discovery, development, and deployment phases.
  • Experience using agile methodologies; managing backlog, grooming stories, and preparing new release communications.
  • Ability to take on a variety of functional roles including project manager, QA tester and training as needed to ensure product success.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create business deliverables -- including user stories and acceptance criteria, with minimal direction and support from a team lead or project manager.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Salesforce Administrator (201) certification.
  • Experience with application lifecycle managements tools (ADO, Jira, etc.).
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Visio or LucidChart.
  • Experience building training materials including job aids.
  • Experience in project management planning.
  • Ability to learn and adopt new technologies as well as staying current on existing ones, pursuing experience and certifications in leading edge or primary technology areas.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • General knowledge of data governance standards and business knowledge to formulate viable solutions for the maintenance and improvement of data maintained across the Commercial Systems business applications.
