The ideal candidate will be responsible for engineering activities including project management, design direction, preparation of all project deliverables, quality control review, client communication.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's in Engineering from an ABET accredited university.
8-10+ years of experience
Exposure to one of the following: Site development, transportation, transit experience, stormwater, storm drain studies, watermain or waterline
Preferred is site development, transportation would be 2nd
Need to be flexible and able to work in different markets/divisions
Civil 3D, AutoCAD(primary design platform)
Ability to manage resources and projects
Project Budget and schedule management experience
Client interaction experience/interest
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Microstation (state DOT requires this)
GIS Experience
ArcGIS
MODOT or roadway experience
PE
Member of a technical society
ASCE, ACEC, MSPE
