Volt is immediately hiring for Sr. Civil Project Engineer in Albuquerque, NM.

As a Sr. Civil Project Engineer you will:

• Assist in conceptual design, fee determination and proposal preparation.
• Complete Project Setup Forms and fill out work authorizations.
• Establish a QA/QC plan for each project.
• Mentor junior level engineers and assist with their career development.
• Follows up on collection of account receivables

This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Ten years of civil engineering design experience
• A bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently for extended periods of time
• Strong written, technical, and interpersonal skills
• Committed to client services and a team-based approach
• Attention to detail, delivering quality work products, and excellent client services
• Ability to work with a wide variety of clients, regulators, and authorities
• Proven marketing/business development skills
• A PE License
• Experience with AutoCAD/Civil3D to produce civil construction documents
• Strong knowledge of working with municipal, commercial, and other related site development projects

Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 per year

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
