Our client is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to join the team! This role is direct hire, full time with a large healthcare company. The position is hybrid onsite/remote and 4 days in office in Morrisville, NC. Looking for a senior level compensation analyst who has strong experience analyzing employee bonuses for large corporate companies. Will be responsible for training 1 other comp analyst as well. Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in compensation planning including analyzing employee bonuses
- Experience in a large corporate company
- Strong Excel experience
- Ability to train other team members
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with HR systems including DayForce, UKG, Ultipro, etc
- Experience with compensation for a large multi-location company
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
