Trouble shoot the issues reported by the FP&A users
Communicate effectively with FP&A users, understand the issues or requirements and quickly get to the root cause of the issues
Identify solution options to resolve the issue reported by the FP&A users
Provide timely and accurate progress of the issues to FP&A users, senior management and operations
Good team player and work with multiple teams such as FP&A users, Development teams, Operations, production support teams
Ensure technology tasks are completing timely to support quarterly FP&A forecasting cycles
Escalate issues to senior management as appropriate
Attend daily status calls with FP&A users and provide the status of the tech issues.
Engage development teams as necessary in identifying the root cause of the issues
knowledge of Market risk, Liquidity risk, RWA, model, CCAR report
