We are currently seeking to identify experienced contracting/procurement and policy analysts to support operations at a major agency in the U.S. Intelligence Community. Prior experience as a warranted Contracting Officer is strongly desired.

Position Requirements
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Significant knowledge of DoD contracting procedures.
- Extensive knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
- Experience with a range of contracting methodologies and types including competitive source selection procedures, indefinite delivery contracts, federal supply schedules, and simplified procedures.
- Significant experience leading or supporting the acquisition process in one or more of the following:
- Major systems
- Commerical products and services
- Non-commerical services
- Service contracting
- Information technology
- Research and development
- Ability to research, teach, mentor and foster lessons learned and good acquisition practices with stakeholders at all levels, ranging from senior level personnel to developing contracting specialists.
- Proven ability to assist with strategic-level issues, agile acquisition policies and procedures, and acquisition planning.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with a focus on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
Desired Experience:
- Prior experience with the US Intelligence Community (IC) strongly preferred. Candidates with relevant DoD experience will also be considered.
- Experience as a warranted Contracting Officer.
- Experience leading one or more major source selections.
- Experience developing and implementing contracting policies and procedures.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
- 10 years of hands-on contracting experience.
- DAWIA Level III or FAC-C Level III certification in Contracting, or equivalent.
