Salary Range: $54,950 - $61,500

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Summary

The Office of Communications is offering a highly motivated and organized professional the opportunity to serve in a team-based printing and production center. Primary responsibilities include prompt and quality production of print projects. Our department handles approximately 400 projects per month and this position requires someone that has the ability that multitask and manage multiple projects.

Job Duties

• Manages creative materials for the use in production printing.
• Manages print production schedule.
• Ensures production projects are produced according to specifications and deadlines.
• Reviews records and reports of activities to ensure progress is being accomplished toward specified program objectives; recommends modifications to methods or procedures as required to redirect activities and ensure that objectives are attained.
• Provides guidance to support staff in carrying out project objectives.
• Prepares recurring program reports for management use.
• Analyzes data and makes recommendations.
• Participates in planning meetings at the inception of new projects.
• May conduct formal training or instruction.
• Interacts with faculty, staff and students to promote the goals and objectives of the project.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Four years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree.
• Prior experience in a printing center.
