The Senior Coordinator of Suite Services and Premium Operations will assist with the management of existing client relationships and associated administrative objectives within the department. The coordinator is the main point of contact for the day-to-day operations and assumes a pivotal role in logistical operations relating to the guest's experience and satisfaction. This position is responsible for all service efforts related to premium seating, with a focus on maximizing customer retention and revenue. Responsibilities/Essential Functions Office Operations:
  • Oversee all aspects of the single game/event suite rental process.
  • Respond to requests via phone and email, uphold department expectations, and provide professional and courteous responses.
  • Collaborate with the team to create personalized experiences that benefit clients and overall growth of the business.
  • Maintain client database and effectively communicate information, announcements and service initiatives.
  • Attend and participate in all meetings related to the premium department while ensuring execution of all Premium Services.
  • Build and develop strong relationships with clients while exceeding expectations.
  • Proactively anticipate needs to ensure positive long-term business relationships.
  • Be a participating team member by providing suggestions and being involved in projects, and processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Suite & Premium Arena Operations:
  • Serve as Suite Level and Premium Operations Manager on Duty and execute all MOD responsibilities at events within Xcel Energy Center as assigned by Senior Manager or Director including but not limited to; preparation of premium spaces, managing part-time staff, resolving guest issues, completing post-event paperwork.
  • Enforce facility safety and security measures.
  • Responsible for communication and follow-up with internal departments regarding maintenance and other relevant needs.
  • Coordinate with the department to ensure fulfillment of all last-minute special requests and premium events.
Position Requirements Formal Education & Certification
  • 4-year college degree in hospitality, sport management or related field preferred.
Knowledge & Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role, focused on guest needs in arena/event settings.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Archtics and KORE is preferred.

Work Conditions
  • Must be able to work extended flexible weekday hours as well as weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods (8+ hours).
