Fully Remote, Part-time or Full-Time Contract Position for South Florida-based Boutique

NOTE: MUST BE FLORIDA-BARRED ATTORNEY, BILINGUAL (ENGLISH & SPANISH)

Role Description:
br>This is a contract, fully remote role for an experienced Corporate Associate, Counsel, or Partner at highly respected, boutique Florida corporate law firm. Part-time or full-time hours

Qualifications

• JD from a Top 50 law school with solid academic record;
• The energy, drive, and desire to work in a busy national and international corporate transactions practice.
• FL bar membership is REQUIRED;
• Candidate will work directly with partners, be supportive of deals, other attorneys and staff in the firm, and have responsibility for direct management of client transactions.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in international, M&A, private equity, or related transactional law, preferably in an AmLaw 200 firm or other "Big Law" firm.
• Commercial real estate experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience in international corporate law or commercial real estate law is a plus;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Thomson Reuters AI tools,
• Experience with legal software preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish and English REQUIRED.

The Corporate Attorney will be responsible for assisting attorneys in various corporate, business, international, and hospitality transactions, using top legal technology to assist with day to day contract work, corporate governance, business acquisitions, international transactions. For the right person, this could lead to a long term arrangement, with significant financial business opportunities.

Preference for Attorneys residing in Florida as occasional travel (possibly monthly) to office in Miami may be necessary at time.
