- Provide administrative support for the department, create scheduled and ad hoc reports, and provide analysis and recommendations
- Serve as a resource and subject matter expert for the Next Generation and Legacy Systems projects
- Assist in training efforts for the Credit and Collections program on systems, changes or developments

- Four years of experience in professional workers' compensation sales, safety, underwriting, vocational rehabilitation or claims field investigation.
- Experience creating budgets
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Excellent organizational skills and detailed oriented
