One of our largest clients is looking for a few Data Scientists to join their dynamic team. Your role involves actively contributing to the development and advancement of an AI Based product, particularly focusing on gathering usage data for customers and users. You'll work alongside a team of 60-70 professionals in Shanghai and support the establishment and growth of a new team in the US. Daily tasks include participating in stand-up meetings, collaborating with product managers and other teams, and contributing to weekly coordination meetings to address backlog issues and dependencies. You'll also play a role in promoting knowledge sharing within the team. You'll utilize a tech stack comprising PyTorch, NumPy, TensorFlow, and SQL to carry out your responsibilities effectively.

Required Skills & Experience

* 3+ years of professional experience as a delivery-focused Data Scientist

* Experience using Python -- Strong coding experience with the ability to deliver solutions to production.

* Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) -- Machine Learning (ML) Algorithms, Classification Models, Generative Pre-Trained Models (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Experimentation

* Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Master's degree in Data Science

* Knowledge of search relevance technologies such as ElasticSearch, Apache Solr, or OpenSearch.
