Senior Data Scientist :

- Experience in generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, with particular focus on implementing AI solutions in production environments
- Conduct internal client consultations to elicit and collect requirements, communicate effectively, and align the technical team toward delivery
- Design, build, orchestrate, and implement machine learning model solutions
- Develop solutions with model governance, risk management, and regulatory adherence as top priorities
- Implement production solutions leveraging generative AI and LLMs
- Provide continuous support for models deployed to production applications
- Lead a team of junior data scientists and engineers

Required Qualifications :

- ~10+ years of overall experience ( we will not consider any recent college graduates or somebody with just few years of experience, sorry )
- Experience implementing production solutions that leverage generative AI and LLMs
- Experience as a tech lead / team lead
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in rapid prototyping and software engineering for demos and production-ready solutions
- Experience in the banking/finance industry
