Piper Companies has an exciting Senior Director of Technology Innovation opportunity with a premier global data center and cloud connectivity software organization. The ideal candidate will have experience designing end-to-end operational performance improvement programs and scaling solutions, weaving together process redesign, automation, and AI/GenAI to optimize solutions. This role will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer and join a motivated team in a large global, publicly traded organization. While the role is remote, we are targeting someone in or around the general Denver, CO area.

Senior Director of Technology Innovation - Responsibilities:

• Evaluate new technologies, business partnerships, and programs for implementation.
• Design operational performance improvement and scaling solutions
• Serve as a voice for the introduction of AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Cloud computing, and other emerging technologies

Senior Director of Technology Innovation - Requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience leading organizations to deliver enterprise system programs
• Prior experience driving successful platform adoption programs
• Proven experience utilizing emerging technologies like ML and AI to automate or streamline workflow processes ( GenAI specifically would be ideal)
• Experience working with a large global service provider would be a big plus

• Annual Salary Expectations: $185,000 - $240,000
• Bonus: 30-50%
