Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of professional experience in engineering leadership or related technical roles.
• Experience with software development for cloud services.

• Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working with and leading diverse teams and a variety of stakeholders, and in executing strategies to deliver exceptional solutions.
• Experience in influencing senior executives, negotiations, and partner management.

As the Senior Director of Services and Solutions for GDC, you will lead an organization of Software Engineers to develop software products for GDC. You will define the vision and strategy for all GDC higher level services including AI/ML, Data Services, and Security Services. You will work with Product Management, GTM, and Sales teams to understand customer requirements and define the roadmap for the organization.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $323,000-$465,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Define the vision and strategy of the GDC Services and Solutions organization.
• Partner with all Google Cloud organizations to bring GCP services into GDC.
• Understand Google's AI strategy and define GDC AI strategy by aligning to a larger Google strategy.
• Lead development of software products and features for GDC.
• Manage the day to day functioning of the organization, hire and develop an exceptional team, drive the vision and strategy of the team, publish roadmaps, and manage all stakeholders.
