(MTSI), is seeking a Senior Earned Value Management (EVM) Analyst to provide EVM reporting and analysis in order to prepare reports for senior leaders to provide status updates, support programmatic decisions and be able to perform integrated baseline reviews to gauge health and status of program contracts. This is a hybrid position supporting our government client at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL.

Responsibilities:

The Senior EVM Analyst will analyze and review vertical and horizontal schedule integration between supplemental schedules, the Integrated Master Schedule, and Summary Schedules. The EVM Analyst will compile and report Monthly Schedule Analysis of Critical/Driving Paths, Schedule Risk Analysis (SRAs), DCMA 14 Point Assessment, GAO best practices and guidelines, trend analysis, etc.

Key responsibilities of the Senior EVM Analyst include:
  • Ensure the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) is developed and maintained
  • Conduct surveillance of the prime contractor EVM data and system description
  • Perform EVM data analysis, trending, reporting, and forecasting for a large, complex program
  • Develop and present briefings, corrective action findings and recovery plans
  • Document issues and provide alternatives
  • Assist in independent estimates at completion and the review of EMV guidance compliance
  • Assist in updating and implementing policy guidance and recommend updated
  • Development of internal integrated program management training packages
  • Analyze and interpret EVM Data provided by contractors to ensure compliance
  • Participate in Integrated Baseline Reviews for both Prime and Sub-contractors

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience in DoD EVM activities.

Required Skills:
  • Demonstrated ability to review and assess the Integrated Program Management Data Analysis Report (IPMDAR)
  • Expertise working with analysis tools exporting EVM Data (Empower, Winsite, COBRA)
  • Familiarity with Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and analysis tools
  • Understanding of database design and functionality
  • Must have extensive knowledge and understanding of DoDI 5000 series of Acquisition Instructions and EVM policy documents (DFARS, EIA-748)
  • Must have strong collaboration skills
  • Must be able to telework effectively within the Redstone Arsenal, Alabama area
Required Clearance:

Must have an Active Secret Clearance; US Citizenship required.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Program integration experience in Army Aviation Acquisition Program Office
  • Experience conducting EVM on DoD ACAT 1 programs
  • Knowledge of US Army staffing process and procedures
