Active TS/SCI clearance.

Desired Skills:

Essential Job Functions:
- Innovative EW Engineering: Perform advanced EW analyses and engineering assignments that require creative solutions and innovative use of emerging technologies. Lead the development of comprehensive EW assessment capabilities that support a wide range of USAF missions.
- Field Engineering Leadership: Equip and support field engineering teams with the necessary hardware, software, and processes to conduct real-time EMSO assessments for various MDSs and weapon systems. Ensure these teams are fully prepared to execute large-scale EW operations worldwide.
- 'Tooth-to-Tail' EW Capabilities: Develop end-to-end EW assessment capabilities for all tasked USAF MDSs, including specialized assets identified by ACC/A326KL and CSAF Plan 53. Your expertise will ensure that these capabilities are fully integrated and mission-ready.
- IADS Suppression Munitions: Lead the development of EW assessment capabilities specifically tailored for Integrated Air Defense Systems (IADS) suppression munitions, ensuring their effectiveness in complex operational environments.
- Global EMSO Assessments: Execute large force, live-flight, and virtual assessments on a global scale, optimizing assessment methodologies developed in collaboration with key stakeholders like 501 EWS and 17 EWS. Your work will directly contribute to the readiness and effectiveness of USAF aircraft, aircrews, and systems.
- Advanced Simulation and Modeling: Develop and verify integrated EMSO effectiveness using large force models and simulations. Create and maintain a multi-classification scoreboard/dashboard of effectiveness, ensuring ongoing updates and accurate reporting of EW operations.
- TS/SCI Accredited M&S Systems: Field and operate TS/SCI/multi SAP accredited modeling and simulation systems to assess and optimize integrated EW operations. Conduct assessments on OPLAN effectiveness, updating metrics and publishing reports on a regular basis.
- Comprehensive EW Operations Assessment: Execute integrated EMSO effectiveness assessments, focusing on large force spectrum warfare scenarios. Assess planning and execution methodologies, ensuring that all evaluations are based on the most up-to-date rules and practices developed by 17 EWS.
