A midstream company in Houston, Texas is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their Engineering Design team. The engineer will be responsible for reviewing construction and design drawings, create equipment specifications for medium and low-voltage electrical equipment, and provide root cause analysis on equipment failures and major outages. They will also ensure compliance with NEC/NESC and API RP500 requirements, review third party Arc Flash assessments, and coordinate detailed phases of engineering work with Project Management.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience with modeling software (ETAP, SKM, EasyPower)
- Experience with electrical design of industrial facilities
- Experience with design selection for low and high-voltage equipment
- Knowledge of electrical power systems

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with design for electrical power and distribution systems for natural gas compressor stations, pump stations, or processing facilities
- Experience with industrial plant projects
- Knowledge of natural gas or refined product electrical facility systems
