Senior Embedded Antenna Design Engineer (HYBRID)

Piper Companies is hiring for an Senior Embedded Antenna Design Engineer for a small solutions company located in Raleigh, NC. The Senior Embedded Antenna Design Engineer will be responsible for the design , optimizations, evaluation and coordination of the radio frequency circuitry. The Senior Embedded Antenna Design Engineer will need to sit on site in Raleigh, NC 3 days per week.

Responsibilities of the Senior Embedded Antenna Design Engineer:

• Assign and perform tasks that meet internal and external customer expectations for schedule, quality and budget
• Summarize technical problems and accurately asses progress for completion and budget
• Participate and contribute in customer, lead project and other meetings

Requirements for the Senior Embedded Antenna Design Engineer:

• 7+ years of Embedded Radio Frequency/Antenna Design
• Experience with Embedded Radio Frequency/Antenna Design
• Familiarity with Bluetooth/BLE, Cellular (LTE), RFID/NFC, WIFI, GPS/GNSS
• Experience with EMI/EMC/SAR/PTCRB
• Familiarity with antenna performance testing (active/passive testing, patterns)

Compensation for the Senior Embedded Antenna Design Engineer:

• $100,000 - $160,000 Depending on Experience
