In this role, you will define the vision and strategy, and lead the execution of innovative solutions for internal customers that leverage our platform capabilities, across Apple.

TEAM LEADERSHIP:
- Lead and mentor a team of Data and ML Solution Architects, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.

TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP:
- Provide technical leadership and expertise in the design and implementation of AI/ML solutions.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML, driving innovation and continuous improvement.

CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and business units to understand their needs and requirements related to AI/ML.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored AI/ML solutions that address specific business challenges and opportunities.

ADOPTION AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT:
- Drive the adoption of AI/ML technologies and methodologies across the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

- Develop and implement strategies for change management, training, and communication to facilitate the successful adoption of AI/ML initiatives.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of AI/ML initiatives.

- Monitor and analyze performance data, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
