About the team:
Global e-commerce is a content e-commerce business with international short video product as the carrier. It is committed to becoming the first choice for users to discover and purchase good products with affordable prices. The logistics team is one of the core teams of the global e-commerce business, which is responsible for the selection of goods, procurement, warehousing, inventory management and other business modules. The global e-commerce logistics team aims to improve customer experience with logistics technology, empower the merchants to ease and expand their business worldwide with reliable and trustable fulfillment capabilities, so as to make more affordable and high-quality products sell easily and a better life within reach.

Responsibilities:
- Develop efficient, highly scalable and secured services to build/integrate logistics systems for domestic and global TikTok Shop E-commerce.
- Optimize backend systems and services for data security, modularity, computational efficiency and scalability.
- Deliver best-in-class engineering excellence practices across all product engineering disciplines.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
3 years managing or tech-leading a software engineering team.
5 years of large scale backend system development experience.
Experience in leading a comprehensive engineering team including Backend, Frontend, Clientend engineers.
Excellent sense of business and strong motivation to respond and improve the result of business goal.
Strong technical learning and transfer ability.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Internet live-streaming apps, and e-commerce is preferred.
- A strong sense of responsibility, good communication and teamwork skills are preferred.
- Experience in e-commerce and retail related fields is preferred.
