Senior Equipment Operator (Night Shift)

Trinity Industries, Inc. is hiring a Senior Equipment Operator at our F ort Worth, TX plant.

In this role, the Senior Equipment Operator

Sets up and operates production machines to cut, bend, straighten, or form parts as specified by blueprints, lay-up sequence, and/or templates.

• Reads blueprints
• Operates press break, sheer, punch press, saw, drill press
• Iron Worker and Angle Master
• Adjusts for thickness and shape of materials and makes appropriate settings
• Loads material for processing
• Verifies dimensional requirements
• May perform plasma or CNC duties
• Unloads and may transfer materials to storage areas using overhead cranes or forklift
• Follows all safety rules an practices
• May be involved in safety committees or initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
What you'll need:

• Proficient in blueprint reading
• Proficient at accurate measuring
• Minimum of 2 years of experience
