Senior Events Planner

Our client is seeking a Senior Events Planner to join their team. As a Senior Events Planner, you will be part of the event planning department supporting multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be a team player, and have experience with audio-visual equipment and software.

Job Title: Senior Events Planner

Location: Sacramento, CA (Remote)

Pay Range: starting from $25.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Plan and execute events from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with vendors and clients
• Prepare run of show with audio-visual tech
• Be a team player and assist with any necessary tasks
• Use Excel and other software to manage budgets and planning
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adjust to changing responsibilities and priorities

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, hospitality, or related field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years in an event planner-oriented position
• Keen attention to detail and follow up/follow through
• Proficiency in Excel, PPT, Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills
