  • Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), is currently seeking a Senior Finance Analyst for a position in Las Vegas, NV. This will be a 3+month contract / onsite opportunity. This position will aid in advancing finance department endeavors, guaranteeing the precision of supplier cost enhancements, prompt reporting of procurement and supply chain operational metrics, and executing enhancements to procurement processes.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    • At least 21 years old.
    • Documentation verifying eligibility to work in the United States is required.
    • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent practical experience.
    • Proficient Excel skills; in addition, Cognos and/or Ariba reporting experience.
    • Ability to secure and uphold a Nevada Gaming Control Board registration and any additional certifications or licenses mandated by law or policy.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in acquiring, refining, and analyzing data from diverse sources and systems, along with executing process enhancement initiatives.
    • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with the Ariba Procure-to-Pay platform.
    • Familiarity with various computer systems, including MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Teams), Visio, Cognos, HighJump, and SpendHQ.
    • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
    • Strong interpersonal abilities enabling clear communication with guests and diverse Team Members.
    • Flexible availability for shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


    PREFERRED

    • Minimum three years in finance and/or procurement.


    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Implement finance process improvement and efficiency projects.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for procurement and supply chain reporting.
    • Ensure compliance with business standards and procedures; measure and monitor against current processes.
    • Assist in closing out audit items and monitoring risk assessment plans.
    • Lead small projects to support operational activities.
    • Manage, structure, and analyze huge volume of data.
    • Create reports based on findings, dashboards using graphs, infographics, and other methods to visualize data, to better understand business performance and strategy, and update scorecard based on KPI to measure department's effectiveness.
    • Validate cost saving opportunities with relevant stakeholders to produce better business outcomes to impact EBITDAR and collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data.
    • Extract data and create reports for internal teams and/or external clients.
    • Budget and planning, perform data discovery, analysis, and forecasting, review monthly operating spend and correlate variance with FP&A.
    • Safety is an essential function of this job.
