Senior Finance Manager - Industry Solution Delivery

ISD finance team is part of Microsoft Commercial and Partner Solutions finance team. This team operates as a trusted partner to the IS (Industry Solutions) leadership team. ISD P&L directly impacts the Microsoft External financial reporting segment, your work as a finance professional will help the company shape how this segment show up in the financial result shared to our shareholders. The Senior Finance Manager - Industry Solution Delivery will be the Finance Controller for a team of business Leaders that covers Presales, Engineering and Strategy and Operations functions of ISD business.

Responsibilities:

• Drive financial planning of the business that leads to actionable accountability that helps to achieve expected financial target for each ISD business
• Report and analyze the financial performance that is connected to the underlying business drivers. Proactively drive business action that helps mitigate financial risks
• Support business decision and strategy through finance advisory and anlsysis. Optimize resource allocation that benefit the broader ISD and Microsoft financial outcome.
• Identify and land opportunities in driving process improvement in COGS P&L planning and management across ISD finance team

Qualifications:

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
  • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
  • OR equivalent experience

Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.
