This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Central Business Services (CBS) Financial Analyst in the DX FI CRM Contract Management team, you will be responsible for :

  • Financial analyses for CBS Governance and CBS Regional Leads to support decision making.
  • The preparation of executive presentations to CBS SteerCo, summarizing information from CBS Business Cases and elaborating on the narrative.
  • Consolidate Productivity measures across the CBS organization, provide guidance on methodology, ensure consistency and high quality of reported measures.
  • Document reviews on implementation progress of the Operating Model; include IT roadmaps, organizational charts, performance scorecard and decision grids.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of communication channels for regular CBS team exchanges and best practice sharing (Teams groups, SharePoint, CBS Community Calls, etc.)
  • Aid with Audit measure tracking, monitoring achievement of action plans to ensure implementation.
  • Support Contract Management reporting for data quality, collaborate with stakeholders in making and confirming conclusions on results and trends in order to support Actual Revenue and Profit performance improvements.
  • Be a digi-ambassador, promoting standardization and automation of processes, as well as identification of potential digitalization areas.
This role reports directly to DX FI CRM, Head of Contract Management and will engage with the CBS Governance Lead, CBS Regional Leads, and CRM leadership In addition, this role will support engagements with DX Zone FI Heads.

  • Demonstrated analytical skills including the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to assist on decision making
  • Effective collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills; solid professional judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint/think-cell; expert presentation skills with the ability to visualize data and reduce complex data sets to drive compelling conclusions,
  • Experience with business intelligence tools, automation, and digitalization
  • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related discipline required. MBA is a plus
  • 7+ years of working experience in business performance analytics, and business performance improvement initiatives
  • Ample experience supporting cross-functional teams
  • Working knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes and regulations
