The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$196,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Enable efficient workflows for reporting, business growth, and investments, support leadership decision making and trade-offs, and be a thought leader on payroll management, and ensure the team is on track to meet goals.
  • Manage profit and loss during annual and long range financial planning cycles, drive visibility into business performance, and resource planning decisions.
  • Review analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations or identify opportunities to drive operational excellence, deliver insights, and profitable growth.
  • Help define financial OKRs and metrics that drive the business, track key performance metrics and OKRs, present analytical findings in concise and decision-impacting manner.
  • Provide decision support and participate in business-facing projects and influence outcomes through data-driven analysis.
