The Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) is responsible for recording, analyzing, and reporting financial data for assigned business units - PGA TOUR Headquarter Support, which includes Executive, Finance, Tax, Employee Services, Treasury, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Legal, Facilities, Talent and Culture, and Data Technology Solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance related field
Must be efficient in dealing with high volumes of transactions, detail oriented with strong verbal and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills
Experience with Workday and/or Adaptive desired

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

Support an accurate and timely month-end close. Responsible for journal entries, accruals, revenue recognition, and amortization schedules
Prepare balance sheet reconciliation, as well as analyze any discrepancies
Collaborate with assigned business units on financial statement reviews - collect, analyze, and interpret any relevant financial information
Review and approval of invoices and expense reports
Planning process - monthly forecast, annual budget, and long-range planning for assigned business units.
Prepare and maintain current financial reports, and support ad hoc requests as necessary
Support fixed asset accounting, and capital planning initiatives
Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiencies
Special projects or other duties as assigned
