Senior Financial Analyst – Operations Strategy

LaSalle Network is collaborating with one of the world's largest and fastest-growing retail companies to find a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join their Operations Strategy team. This position, part of the National Finance & Administration Services team, plays a key role in supporting essential resource management and infrastructure, helping drive smarter decision-making across departments while providing executive-level support. Key responsibilities span across Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Reporting, Tax and Treasury.

Senior Financial Analyst - Operations Strategy Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between National Operations and Finance
• Collaborate with teams in areas such as Buying, Supply Chain and Operations for data-driven decision-making
• Provide technical and business analysis to meet operational needs
• Support financial KPI analysis, planning, budgeting, forecasting and business improvement projects
• Research and analyze operational activities and financial trends and recommend improvements
• Ensure data integrity, address discrepancies and create data visualizations
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and assist in cross-team knowledge sharing
• Uphold data confidentiality and security

Senior Financial Analyst - Operations Strategy Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting
• Strong analytical, data modeling and reporting skills with tools like SQL, Alteryx and Tableau preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
