The Crown Is Yours

As a Senior Financial Data Analyst, you will work collaboratively with teams across the organization to ensure the accuracy of financial data within our databases. In this role, you will analyze complex data sets through the use of SQL, and partner with Finance and Data Engineering to resolve and prevent inaccuracies. This high visibility role will influence process optimization and technology evolution throughout the organization, and will be a key driver in continuing our best-in-class customer experience.

What you’ll do as a Senior Financial Data Analyst

  • Support the Finance organization through the development and maintenance of financial dashboards and reports using SQL, Tableau, and Snowflake.
  • Partner with our Data Engineering and Analytics organizations to identify and understand Finance metrics and KPIs, and to build best-in-class financial reporting.
  • Prevent and remediate issues within our databases pertaining to player tax information through the analysis of large, complex datasets.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses and report generation to support various business initiatives for our Finance department.
  • Design how data flows into reports when new features or products are launched.
  • Advocate for and maintain data integrity, accuracy, and security.
  • Support change management through the documentation of clear business requirements and act as the liaison between Finance, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams.


What you’ll bring

  • At least 4 years of experience in Data Analytics, preferably with a Finance focus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Expertise in SQL and Snowflake (or similar relational database management system) is required; experience with a BI tool (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently as part of a fast-growing team.
  • Well-organized and strong attention to detail, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, often under challenging time constraints.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $84,640.00 - $126,960.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
