GDIT is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer for the TSS to support the XM30 Mechanized Infantry Combat Vehicle program that is replacing the M2 Bradley infantry fighting vehicle for the US Army. GDIT will develop and deliver a digital engineering design solution which enables and integrates the program's complete set of data, tools, and model-based systems engineering (MBSE) activities, and makes them available to internal and appropriate external engineering and programmatic stakeholders throughout the program's lifecycle.

The likely salary range for this position is $93,500 - $126,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

HOW A SOFTWARE DEVELOPER SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Design, implement, test, and support modern, efficient, secure RESTful web applications with Spring Boot and React.
- Deliver and deploy in a containerized test-driven CI/CD environment.
- Develop new features for existing Java and Python backends.
- Teach and mentor other team members in the disciplines and techniques with which you excel
- Build customer confidence and trust by delivering working software on time and often
- Bring an innovative, always learning, agile/lean mindset to the team
- Work closely with others to determine requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Science or similar discipline
- 3+ years developing with Spring Boot, Java, RESTful services and React.
- Experience creating web applications and services in an agile environment
- Strong experience with databases
- Understanding of software design patterns and their use
- Strong automated testing skills with knowledge of TDD and BDD techniques
- Agile/Lean mindset desired
- Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe experience is desired
- Understanding of front-end and back-end technologies and architectures, such as API design, micro-services, relational and non-relational databases, scalability, and security
- Must be eligible for access to Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)
- Python experience is desired
