Insight Global is seeking a talented Software Engineer to join a Veterinary Diagnostics and Services company that is working on creating software and data solutions that enable Medical Insights using the latest technologies, contributing to improvements in Pet Health. This would be joining a high functioning Scrum team with a strong business partnership and drive for doing great work.

This role and team will be focused on migrating and consolidating their payments platform. This team will be creating a new cloud-based application to host a variety of payment methods. This would serve as a liaison between Veterinarian Clinics and their customers, the Pet Owners. This will enable online payments through email, text, and online. This individual will join a team of 11 comprised of a Development Manager, Scrum Master, Lead Architect, DevOps Engineer, QA Engineers, Developers, and will work closely with Data Analytics.

We are looking for someone with experience creating a NodeJS / React application, who has experience building an application using Redux. Additionally, understanding of authorization (OAuth 2.0) from a Front End perspective is crucial. Understanding or experience of AWS is required and any experience with API gateway would be a plus. This individual will be using Typescript on the backend. This individual will be a senior member of the team and are thus, should be leadership minded and be open to sharing knowledge properly with junior developers. This role will be 80% focused on the Front End.
